City Fertility Centre on the Gold Coast is seeking a compassionate IVF Nurse Coordinator to guide patients through fertility journeys with clear information, warmth, and expert care.

You will coordinate personalised treatment cycles, liaise with clinicians, educate patients, and ensure high‑quality, patient‑centred care across the IVF pathway. This role offers professional growth in a supportive team focused on compassionate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in Nursing is highly regarded.
• Experience in IVF/Women’s Health is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end‑to‑end IVF/ART treatment cycles and bookings.
• Manage theatre lists, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Communicate test results and treatment information with clarity.
• Provide patient education with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
• Maintain accurate NSQHS‑aligned documentation.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure coordinated care.
• Mentor junior nursing staff and support team growth.
• Monitor stock and equipment to reduce waste.
• Contribute to audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold patient privacy and compliance at all times.
