Job summary

City Fertility in Logan, Queensland, is seeking an IVF Nurse Coordinator. You will guide patients through fertility care, coordinate end-to-end IVF/ART cycles, and work closely with clinicians to ensure safe, compassionate, patient-centered treatment every step of the way.

This on-site, 14-month maximum-term role requires AHPRA registration and a postgraduate nursing qualification is valued. You will mentor junior staff, manage documentation to NSQHS standards, and help drive service

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Postgraduate qualification in Nursing is highly regarded.
• Skilled with clinical systems and MS Office; meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IVF/ART treatment cycles with timely bookings.
• Manage theatre and procedure lists, resource scheduling.
• Communicate test results and treatment information with empathy.
• Educate patients using accessible, culturally respectful approaches.
• Maintain accurate NSQHS-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure coordinated care and risk management.
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff.
• Monitor stock and equipment to reduce waste.
• Contribute to audits and quality improvement initiatives.
