Job summary

City Fertility Centre in Springfield, Australia, is seeking an IVF Nurse Coordinator to guide patients through every step of their fertility journey, coordinating personalised treatment cycles and ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care.

You will work with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to maintain NSQHS-aligned documentation, mentor junior staff, manage theatre lists and stock, and provide empathetic education and reassurance to patients.

Qualifications

• Must hold AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Postgraduate qualification in Nursing, preferably IVF/Women’s Health.
• Scanning experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IVF/ART treatment cycles, ensuring timely bookings.
• Manage theatre and procedure lists, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Communicate test results and treatment information clearly and empathetically.
• Conduct patient education sessions using accessible, culturally respectful approaches.
• Maintain NSQHS-aligned documentation.
• Collaborate with clinicians and teams to ensure coordinated care and risk management.
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff, fostering capability and confidence.
• Monitor stock and equipment to maintain readiness and reduce waste.
• Contribute to audits, quality improvement initiatives, and service enhancements.
• Uphold patient privacy and organisational compliance at all times.
