Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Service Continuity Manager to lead the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) function across the service environment. The role focuses on improving service quality, performance, governance and maturity, working with delivery teams, customers and suppliers to realise measurable business benefits.

You will drive CSI across multiple ITIL domains, partner with stakeholders and ensure alignment with contractual outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leidos requires extensive experience leading Continual Service Improvement (CSI) programs within IT Service Management or governance environments.
• ItIL v4 Managing Professional or related certifications are highly regarded.
• Experience in regulated or defence sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the CSI framework across the service environment, including policies, processes and improvement roadmap.
• Drive service management maturity and process optimization across Incident, Problem, Change, Release and other ITIL domains.
• Oversee governance, assurance and reporting, prioritising initiatives aligned to customer outcomes and contracts.
• Partner with customers, stakeholders and suppliers to identify opportunities and realise measurable benefits.
