Job summary

Datacom is seeking an ITSM Specialist to manage daily operations within the Managed IT Service Management practice. The role requires a detailed view across the ITIL landscape and the ability to work across streams with minimal supervision.

Australian citizenship is required for customer engagements with Baseline or NV1 clearances highly regarded. You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering reliable IT services to Australasia's organisations.

Qualifications

• Proven ITSM experience with ITIL processes across incident, change, problem, release and capacity management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in stressful environments.
• Experience handling mid to large IT service contracts and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ITIL processes and Datacom procedures.
• Drive ongoing service improvements and innovation.
• Coordinate across teams and manage relationships.
• Provide operational reporting and governance.
• Support on-call rosters and incident response when required.
