Kinetic IT is seeking an experienced Change Enablement Manager to balance governance, risk and delivery across a Federal Government ICT environment. You will provide clear direction for Change Enablement and bring teams and stakeholders together to support safe, timely and well-informed change.

This role is 100% onsite and requires Australian Citizenship and an active AGSVA clearance. You will own the end-to-end change process, coordinate assessments and CAB meetings, and drive improvements to

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and an active AGSVA clearance.
• Experience in Change Enablement/Change Management within a complex ICT/government environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, governance and risk-based decision making.
• Ability to develop clear process documentation, reporting and controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Change Enablement process across the service management environment.
• Coordinate change assessment, authorisation and scheduling, ensuring risks, impacts, dependencies and implementation plans are clearly understood.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and other forums to support timely, informed decisions.
• Maintain change policies, procedures, process maps and guidance aligned with ITIL and customer requirements.
• Track change performance, success rates, failed changes and compliance trends to identify practical improvements.
