Motorino Pizzeria in South Kingsville, VIC is seeking a talented Chef. The role focuses on Italian cuisine with emphasis on pasta and Italian sauces, in a friendly kitchen environment.

A minimum of 1 year full-time kitchen experience is required, with the ability to work independently to high standards. The successful candidate will take part in daily kitchen operations, menu development, supplier liaison, and ensuring food safety and FIFO compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year full-time experience in a related role.
• Ability to prep and cook Italian dishes, especially pasta.
• Work independently to high kitchen standards.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Prepare pasta, cook sugo and Bolognese, assist front-of-house as needed.
• Develop menus and specials.
• Deal with suppliers and cost of goods.
• Ensure food safety and FIFO.
