Job summary

Respect Aged Care in Hobart is seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Officer to join our IT Service Desk in Tasmania. This hands-on role covers Level 1 and Level 2 support for a diverse range of staff, residents and partners.

Reporting to the IT Support Manager, you will troubleshoot issues across desktops, networks and core systems, coordinate IT equipment procurement, and contribute to projects and process improvements while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service desk Level 1-2 support.
• Ability to troubleshoot desktops, networks and core systems.
• Coordinate IT equipment procurement and asset management.
