Job summary

Net Solutions NSW is seeking an IT support specialist to deliver on-site and remote services across Sydney. You will manage networks, servers, and user workstations, ensuring client systems stay secure and efficient.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
• Experience with Windows Server Setup 2016/2019.
• Experience with networks and network setup/maintenance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365.
• Experience supporting customers remotely or on-site.
• Strong people and customer-relationship skills.
• Excellent command of English.

Great opportunity to build on existing technical skills working closely with a small team of experienced IT professionals

Net Solutions is a boutique provider of IT solutions and provides support to over 800 users from a varied customer base. We keep our clients' IT Systems optimised and secure so they can focus on the growth of their business. We are a close team working out of an office in Lane Cove but also spend time on-site with our clients across Sydney and occasionally working from home

We design, deploy and support our clients' entire network (on premise or Cloud based) including servers, desktop PCs, printers, switches, routers etc. This also includes performing monthly maintenance tasks on our clients' hardware.

This position involves the provision of both on-site and remote support, managing and maintaining computer/network, infrastructure/server and building great customer relationships with our clients

In this role you can develop into a more senior position. You will be provided with the opportunity to gain further advanced networking and troubleshooting skills as well as advanced Windows Server, Cloud and Virtualisation knowledge.

To be successful in this position you must have:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
• Working knowledge of Microsoft server Setup 2016/2019
• Working knowledge of Networks and how to set them up and maintain
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and office 365
• Experience supporting customers remotely or on site.
• Strong People and Customer Relationship Skills
• Be a great communicator with excellent command of the English language
