Job summary

Bluefin Resources is seeking an IT Support Specialist in a permanent hybrid role based in Sydney CBD. You will support internal users with high-quality technical assistance, manage Entra ID, M365, Intune, and Azure-related tasks across on‑premises and cloud environments.

You should have 5+ years in technical support, strong Windows/M365 expertise, PowerShell skills, and a good grasp of cloud platforms and security practices. PR or Australian citizens only for eligibility.

Qualifications

5 years of technical support experience.
Strong knowledge of Entra ID, M365 Business, Windows & Office applications.
Intermediate Windows Server administration skills.
Experience with PowerShell and scripting.
Networking skills for wired and wireless issues.
Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS services.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and support computers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
Manage Entra ID tenant, M365, Intune, Exchange Online, and end-user productivity.
Respond to and resolve support tickets promptly and professionally.
Collaborate on on-premises and cloud infrastructure lifecycle.
Troubleshoot Windows, MacOS, hardware, and software issues.
Follow internal policies and document technical procedures.
Participate in compliance initiatives and audits.
