Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise technology across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related infrastructure. You will maintain secure, reliable, and compliant systems while driving automation and operational excellence in cloud and on‑prem environments.

The role emphasizes incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity, with opportunities to leverage AI-assisted tools and automation to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, networking and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint compliance, and security best practices.
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint environments.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, access management, and offboarding.
• Support security, compliance, and operational governance across enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, endpoint, and identity-related issues.
• Contribute to incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, and AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
