NCS Australia is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance our enterprise platforms across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and on-premises infrastructure.

You will drive automation with PowerShell and Power Automate, strengthen security and compliance, and help maintain resilient, modern technology environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune in enterprise settings.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, networks, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint compliance, and security best practices.
• Experience scripting/automation using PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint environments.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, access management, and offboarding.
• Support security, compliance, and governance across enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, endpoint, and identity issues.
• Contribute to incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, and AI-assisted tools like Copilot.

We're looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance our enterprise technology platforms across Microsoft 365, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Management, and infrastructure services.

In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining secure, reliable, and compliant systems while driving automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across cloud and on-premises environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint environments
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, access management, and offboarding
• Support security, compliance, and operational governance across enterprise platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, endpoint, and identity-related issues
• Contribute to incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, and AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, networking, and enterprise systems
• Knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint compliance, and security best practices
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell
