• Experience in IT support, systems administration or software development.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers and business systems.
• Building and developing internal business apps to improve daily operations.
• Designing, implementing and rolling out new software and systems across the business.
• Identifying repetitive tasks and developing ways to automate them.
• Creating automated workflows to reduce manual administration and improve productivity.
• Training employees on new programs, systems and technology.
