Fina Australia in Burpengary, Brisbane, is seeking an IT Support Officer to be the first point of contact for staff IT issues across our Brisbane locations. You will provide technical support, maintain hardware and software, assist with user access management, and help ensure our technology operates securely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in IT or equivalent
• Experience in IT Help Desk or Service Desk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration and cybersecurity practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, remote access, and in person
• Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and devices
• Perform software updates and routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking issues
• Maintain records of support requests and IT assets
