Job summary

Bromic Group in Sydney, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic IT helpdesk professional for an onsite role in Ingleburn. You will work with the IT team across user support, device setup, troubleshooting, and general IT coordination.

You’ll diagnose hardware and software issues, provide first-level support via phone, email, and in person, and help onboard new staff with secure access and system configurations. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• An understanding of networking basics (VPNs, firewalls).
• Strong problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
• Provide first-level support to users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person
• Guide users through solutions for common problems, escalating to relevant teams when necessary
• Manage and update tickets in the IT Ticketing System (JIRA) promptly and effectively
• Set up new employee accounts, devices, and system configurations
• Configure user access, security settings, application profiles, and Wi-Fi
• Provide onboarding guidance to new employees (accessing systems, VPN, Wi-Fi, etc.)
