Job summary

Medpace is seeking an IT Support professional in Melbourne to provide end-user assistance, manage user accounts, and resolve technical issues across hardware and software. The role involves collaboration with a global IT team and responding to support requests across Office 365, Azure AD, and cloud apps.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, with 1+ years in a Help Desk or IT Support role, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology or other IT related fields
• 1+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support type role
• Experience with PC Equipment, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Adobe products, and other cloud-based applications a plus
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent and verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• User account administration for network, e-mail, and other applications
• Provide support to end users on company provided equipment and software applications including computer hardware, peripherals, mobile phones, computer operating systems, and office applications
• Research and resolve technical problems of equipment and software applications
• Respond to tickets, telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions
• Communicate and collaborate with a regional/global IT team member.
