Job summary

Pacifico Structural Steel in Dandenong South, Victoria is seeking an ICT Customer Support Officer to provide frontline IT help for staff, troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues. You will install and update software, support networks and devices, coordinate with external IT partners when needed, and help maintain data integrity and security.

A minimum of one year in ICT support is required; a tertiary IT qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of ICT support experience required.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networks and common workplace IT systems.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software installation and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, update and maintain software and applications.
• Assist staff with IT tools, email systems and digital workflows.
• Support networks, devices and user accounts; escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers when needed.
• Monitor IT equipment and document procedures and resolutions.
• Assist with website updates and maintenance.
