Job summary

Primewave Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an ICT Customer Support Officer to deliver responsive technical helpdesk support, diagnose hardware and software issues, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems at our Redlynch site.

You will guide users through problem resolution, install and configure software, support network connectivity, and document procedures to improve ICT service delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires practical ICT knowledge and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Strong time-management and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess users' hardware and software needs and diagnose ICT issues.
• Respond to user inquiries about systems, connectivity and devices.
• Install, configure and update software ensuring compatibility with systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and maintain peripheral devices.
