Experis IT is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver proactive IT support with a strong focus on professionalism and service excellence in Sydney. Formación

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT Support capacity, providing level 1 & 2 support to end users.
• Proficiency in Windows/Apple (iOS) device setup and troubleshooting.
• Ability to troubleshoot end-user network issues, wireless networks and adjust network settings.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow (optional but advantageous).
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Focus on delivering excellent internal customer service, effectively communicating issue progress and resolutions.
• Skilled in creating documentation based on existing templates, and comfortable with updating knowledge base articles or standard operating procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests promptly, or escalating complex issues when required.
• Maintain a high level of availability and responsiveness to support business operations when needed.
• Create and maintain IT support resources (covering software and hardware).
• IT Server/Comms room ongoing maintenance of equipment e.g. physical tidy up/reconfiguration.
• Maintain/update Video Conference equipment.
• Set-up of laptop/mobile phones for new staff.
• Manage the life-cycle of user accounts and access permissions, including user provisioning, access modifications, account deactivation, password management, group membership administration, access reviews, and compliance with and identity management policies.
