Job summary

Good Sammy Enterprises is seeking a full-time IT Support Office professional to deliver first-line and selected second-line ICT support across Perth. You’ll assist users with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and device management, while ensuring a consistent, well-documented service and escalation where needed.

The role covers on-site support at Good Sammy locations, with opportunities for growth and contribution to service improvements in a not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Intune.
• Exposure to Entra ID and basic networking.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and selected second-line ICT support to users.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, end-user tech and site connectivity.
• Deliver consistent, documented ICT support and escalate complex issues.
