Job summary

Winslow in Essendon Fields, Melbourne is seeking an IT Support & Service Coordinator to provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for corporate offices and project sites. You will image and configure laptops, desktops, tablets and rugged devices, using Intune and Entra ID/Microsoft 365, while handling ticket triage, SLA tracking and knowledge sharing.

You will also coordinate outages, document processes, and assist with site mobilisations and vendor follow-ups, ensuring consistent IT services

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in IT Service Desk or desktop support.
• 1–2 years coordinating small initiatives and projects.
• Hands-on with Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/AD and Intune.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as Freshservice, Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.
• Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to office and site users.
• Image, configure and deploy devices using standard OS and Intune.
• Manage device lifecycle: tagging, deployment, repairs and disposal.
• Create and manage user accounts across Entra ID, M365 and mailboxes.
• Coordinate site office setups and mobilisations with MSP and Lead – Infra.
• Escalate complex incidents and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Monitor tickets, SLAs and communicate updates to users.
• Maintain knowledge base and service documentation.
• Assist with small IT projects such as device refreshes and tool upgrades.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and policy compliance.
