Job summary

Talenza is partnering with a multinational family-owned enterprise to hire an IT Support Engineer to deliver high-quality support across applications and platforms. You will be the escalation point for complex issues, working with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and build automation that reduces repetitive tasks.

The role requires 3–5 years' IT support experience, strong Google Workspace skills, and proficiency with Windows/macOS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in an IT systems analyst or IT support role in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace administration, configuration, troubleshooting and user support.
• Experience supporting Google-based environments, including integrations and migrations between organisations.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS and mobile OS with enterprise endpoint support.
• Scripting and automation knowledge, especially PowerShell and Google Apps Script.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and managing escalations.
• Experience with deployment, software distribution and endpoint management tools (VMware Workspace ONE, Automox).
• Strong stakeholder communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with collaboration and adaptability for a fast-paced enterprise setting.
