Job summary

EIL Global is seeking experienced IT Support Engineers to provide on-call, freelance onsite support in Brisbane. The role focuses on desktop hardware/software troubleshooting, OS deployments, and basic networking across enterprise clients.

You will work independently on multiple on-site assignments with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and clear documentation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support, solid networking knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field services.
• Strong hands-on experience in desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN and networking devices.
• Experience with operating system deployment and imaging.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple onsite assignments.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
