Job summary

EIL Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site NSW IT support across desktops, servers, networks and data centre technologies. You will install and upgrade operating systems, apply patches and perform hardware/software break-fix with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role involves dispatch coordination, on-call support, basic Wi-Fi and LAN/WAN tasks, and clear communication with clients in a freelance/part-time setting.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and prioritization skills.

Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis

SLA: SBD and NBD support

Skills & Requirements:

• Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
• Install patches
• Software and Hardware Break Fix
• Well versed IT engineer
• Basics of Wi-Fi
• Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration
• Install and administer MS Office
• Business English with local language
