Job summary

Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Desk Specialist to join our Technology & Innovation team in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, handling incidents and service requests from diagnosis through resolution to keep our people productive and connected.

You will work across Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Dynamics 365, cloud platforms, and end-user devices, while contributing to process improvements and maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in a Service Desk or EUC role within enterprise environments.
• Strong technical experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and cloud or hybrid environments.
• Practical experience with Intune and Autopilot for endpoint provisioning and management.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID for identity management.
• Sound understanding of ITSM, incident and request management, SLAs, and escalation (ServiceNow desirable).
• Proven troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, VPN, and remote connectivity.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents and service requests.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Dynamics 365.
• Manage and support endpoint devices using Intune and Autopilot.
• Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Windows, Linux).
• Manage identity and access requests across Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (VPN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors; maintain documentation and knowledge base.
