Job summary

Seven West Media in Sydney is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team and deliver reliable, secure IT services across Australia’s leading cross‑platform media organisation.

You’ll act as the primary contact for incidents, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and access issues, install and maintain workstations, and support secure remote access and cybersecurity controls under the Service Delivery Manager.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated IT service desk experience in an ITIL-aligned environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including Windows, M365, AD, Exchange and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with a professional telephone manner.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for IT incidents and service requests, logging and progressing cases.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, access and business app issues.
• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade workstations, OS, software and network gear.
• Support secure remote access, wired/wireless networks, and cybersecurity controls.
