Job summary

Seven West Media Limited in Sydney is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to help deliver reliable, secure and continuously improving IT services across Australia's leading cross‑platform media organisation. You will work closely with infrastructure, development, vendors and service providers, and report directly to the Service Delivery Manager.

This role is based in Sydney. Key duties include logging and prioritising incidents, diagnosing and resolving issues, installing and maintaining

Qualifications

• Demonstrated IT service desk experience in an ITIL-aligned environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner and customer service focus.
• Sound analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for IT incidents and service requests, accurately logging, assessing, prioritising and progressing each case
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, access and business application issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team within agreed timeframes
• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade workstations, operating systems, software, network equipment and related IT services
• Support secure remote access, wired and wireless networks, Cisco devices, endpoint protection and other cybersecurity controls
