Seven West Media is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join our team in Western Australia. You will provide frontline IT support, troubleshoot issues across hardware, software and connectivity, and assist with end-user devices and applications including Microsoft 365.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused with solid communication skills and a desire to grow technical expertise in a dynamic media environment. Onsite role with parking and wellbeing initiatives included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Understanding of hardware, mobile devices, peripherals and basic networking concepts including Wi-Fi and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for incidents, service requests and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, device and connectivity issues.
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and Microsoft 365 apps.
