Job summary

PZ Cussons Australia and New Zealand is seeking a hands-on IT leader to drive service delivery and IT operations across the ANZ region. You will act as the regional senior IT representative, delivering local support with strategic ambition while coordinating with global IT teams to create measurable value.

You will oversee SAP and Promax service ownership, lead regional governance, manage external partners, and champion secure digital adoption.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in IT service delivery and operations.
Hands-on end-user support and troubleshooting hardware/software connectivity issues.
Experience with SAP ERP and Promax service ownership preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day IT service delivery across ANZ and act as regional escalation point for issues.
Coordinate major incidents and provide clear business communications.
Oversee joiner/mover/leaver activities and hardware lifecycle.
Provide deskside support and in-person assistance at local site.
Own regional service coordination for SAP and Promax and drive improvement.
Lead governance and working groups with internal and external partners.
Promote secure and practical adoption of digital capabilities.
