Job summary
PZ Cussons is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead regional IT service delivery for ANZ from Cremorne, combining hands-on support with strategic regional leadership. You will coordinate incidents, manage device lifecycle, and act as the main IT point of contact for the region.
The role requires SAP/Promax experience, ITIL know-how, and strong stakeholder and vendor management skills to drive value across local and global teams.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in IT service delivery and IT operations.
- Desk-side support experience with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Experience leading regional IT initiatives across ANZ.
- Experience managing outsourced providers and vendor governance.
- ERP or business applications experience; SAP is desirable.
- Working knowledge of ITIL and service management disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day IT service delivery across ANZ and lead regional escalation.
- Coordinate major incident response and business communications.
- Provide deskside support and manage asset lifecycle locally.
- Oversee SAP and Promax service ownership and governance.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct service reviews.
- Lead regional delivery of global technology programs and changes.
