Job summary

BEUMER Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager (ANZ) to lead its Information Technology function across Australia and New Zealand. You will report to a senior business leader and partner with Global IT to ensure secure, reliable technology services.

You will oversee local operations, business systems, user access management and end‑user support while remaining hands‑on in technical work. This growth role connects ANZ with BEUMER's global IT network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT operations, infrastructure, or service delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, user access management, networking and business systems.
• Experience managing IT vendors and third‑party support partners.
• Proactive in improving systems, infrastructure and user experience.
• Experience supporting employees through onboarding and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT function across Australia and New Zealand.
• Support IT Administrator and provide coaching.
• Coordinate with Global IT and local stakeholders.
• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, helpdesk, and infrastructure.
• Oversee cybersecurity initiatives and access management.
• Lead technology projects, upgrades and system improvements.
• Manage IT assets, licensing and vendor relations.
• Maintain IT policies and documentation.
