Job summary

BEUMER Group seeks an experienced IT Manager (ANZ) to lead the Information Technology function across Australia and New Zealand. You will report to a senior business leader and supervise the IT Administrator while remaining actively involved in hands‑on support and day‑to‑day operations.

You will drive secure, reliable technology services, align with BEUMER Group's global IT environment and deliver scalable solutions to support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT operations experience in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoints, networking and business systems.
• Experience in vendor management and third‑party support partners.
• Hands‑on approach with ability to stay hands‑on when required.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT function across Australia and New Zealand.
• Coach and support the IT Administrator.
• Be the main liaison between local stakeholders and BEUMER Group Global IT.
• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, helpdesk and infrastructure.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and user access management.
• Provide hands‑on support for devices, Microsoft 365 and workplace tech.
• Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives and IT security compliance.
• Lead IT projects, upgrades and system improvements.
• Maintain IT policies, documentation and support materials.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Produce reporting and identify improvements.
