Jenny Barbour IT & Project Recruitment (JBIT) is growing and seeks an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead growth by building and guiding a high-performing IT recruitment team in Melbourne. You will combine hands-on recruitment with leadership, coaching and development of the team, managing permanent and contract roles.

You’ve spent 10+ years in agency recruitment, understand briefs, know top IT talent, and can balance your own desk with mentoring others.

Qualifications

• More than a decade in agency IT recruitment.
• Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Strong billing track record in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of recruiters, setting clear goals.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new team members as the firm grows.
• Manage IT roles for permanent and contract placements.
• Lead detailed client briefings and maintain high delivery quality.
