Jumbo Interactive Limited in Milton, Brisbane, is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to run recruitment across the group. You’ll brief hiring managers, source directly, conduct interviews, close offers, and manage onboarding.

In Australia you’ll handle end-to-end recruitment; for the UK, Canada and US you’ll partner with leaders to fill senior and critical roles. You’ll own the TA framework and systems, set the direction for recruitment across markets, review employer branding, and

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with internal TA leadership experience.
• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions, including senior roles.
• Experience sourcing and closing executive hires with market mapping.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence leaders across markets.
• Proven track record owning ATS platforms, recruitment systems, and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder skills and cost-effective hiring mindset.
• Experience with employer branding projects and cross-market collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across Australia from briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with UK, Canada, and US leaders to hire senior/business-critical roles.
• Support leadership on appointments including search coordination and market mapping.
• Source candidates directly via LinkedIn, talent pools, referrals and channels.
• Own the Group TA framework and related systems; improve hiring processes.
• Lead employer brand initiatives with Marketing and Corporate Comms.
• Maintain strong candidate experience through proactive communication.
• Manage recruitment agencies, briefs, performance, and spend.
• Report vacancies, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and source effectiveness.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection decisions.
• Ensure recruitment compliance across markets.
