Job summary

Balance Recruitment and Balance Consulting seeks an IT Project Manager for healthcare IT initiatives, including age care and medical care domains. You will oversee multiple projects, using Agile and Waterfall, in a hybrid work setting with an office near the Sydney train station.

This fixed-term assignment could extend, with responsibilities spanning stakeholder influence, change management, and delivery across data uplift, CRM, applications development, infrastructure and cloud integration.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects across diverse platforms and methodologies.
• Healthcare, aged care or medical care domain experience essential.
• Ability to operate in small/medium organisations with multiple responsibilities.
• Strong change management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects across diverse systems and platforms using Agile and Waterfall.
• Manage 2–3 concurrent projects with budgets up to $500K.
• Influence stakeholders and drive delivery in healthcare context.

The job

• Be deployed on a broad base range of IT projects using Agile and Waterfall
• Current projects include data uplift, CRM, applications development, infrastructure, cloud integration, AI, QMS at various stages of development
• Typically run with two to three projects simultaneously with budget value up to $500K

Essential skills

• A confident nature with excellent influencing skills
• Project delivery across a spectrum of IT systems and platforms
• Healthcare or Age Care or Medical Care or similar is essential
• Experience working in small to medium size organisations wearing multiple hats!
• Change Management capability
