Job summary

Balance Recruitment and Balance Consulting – Sydney NSW is seeking a Project Manager for an Applications Development program in Government.

• A demonstrable track record project managing Government and/or Mission Critical operational systems recently.
• Extensive vendor management, system migration and new portal system implementation.
• Considerable experience managing full SDLC project build using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Extensive delivery of modularized and integrated software application solutions.

Project Manager - Day Rate Contract until 30/06/2027 - Based in Western Sydney - Two Year Program - Government Agency

The role

• To be deployed on a significant software transition program from an existing vendor to a new solution using Agile and Waterfall Release Management

The ideal candidate - Mandatory requirements

• A demonstrable track record project managing Government and/or Mission Critical operational systems recently


• Extensive vendor management, system migration and new portal system implementation


• Considerable experiencing managing full SDLC project build using Agile and Waterfall methodologies


• Extensive delivery of modularized and integrated software application solutions
