Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects from inception to closure. The role focuses on end-user technology initiatives, security, device refresh, and Windows deployments, working with vendors and stakeholders.

The position supports a hybrid work model with 50% attendance in the Macquarie Park office. A strong governance mindset, budgeting and forecasting skills, and relevant certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT infrastructure projects from initiation through to closure.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
• Familiarity with IT security, Intune, identity/access management concepts (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects across IT infrastructure and end-user technologies.
• Coordinate project activities, risks, issues and delivery progress across multiple teams.
• Contribute to governance, reporting, business readiness and operational transition activities.
