Job summary

Transport for NSW seeks a Technology Project Manager for a fixed-term, hybrid role based in Parramatta. You will oversee the delivery of the systems engineering management plan for Opal 2.0, track IAS delivery, and manage uplift to digital customer channels, collaborating with Customer Technology and IAS suppliers.

50% office-based; end date 30 September 2028; salary AUD 163,145–182,721 plus super. You should have 3–4 years of experience delivering systems projects, strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience delivering systems projects.
• Solid understanding of the systems delivery lifecycle and standard PM activities.
• Exceptional communicator with external stakeholders.
• Pro-active with strong attention to detail and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of the systems engineering management plan for Opal 2.0.
• Track IAS delivery and manage the IAS supplier performance.
• Manage uplift to Transport’s digital customer channels (e.g. transportnsw.info, OTA, Transport Connect).
• Drive end-to-end project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, risks, and resourcing.
