Job summary

Civica is seeking an experienced IT Program Lead in Melbourne for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on owning a major technology integration following a business acquisition, coordinating multiple workstreams, governance, and risk management to deliver end-to-end outcomes.

The successful candidate will have deep experience in IT integration post-M&A, a strong consulting background, and excellent stakeholder engagement with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT integration for mergers or acquisitions.
• Strong consulting background with client-facing delivery.
• Ability to develop and execute complex IT integration plans and roadmaps.
• Experience governance, reporting, risk management and dependency tracking.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT integration end to end from planning to execution.
• Establish the integration roadmap and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Manage risks, dependencies and governance reporting.
• Provide progress updates to senior client executives.
• Operate autonomously and maintain delivery momentum in complex environments.
