Advance Thinking in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the technology stream of a major enterprise integration program. You will drive end-to-end delivery, establish direction, and coordinate multiple technical workstreams and vendors to achieve complex business outcomes.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, post-merger or large-scale transformation experience, and hands-on delivery across Microsoft technologies, identity management, data migration

We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a critical enterprise technology integration program within a large Australian organisation. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can quickly establish direction, manage multiple technical workstreams and confidently engage senior stakeholders to deliver complex business outcomes.

About the Opportunity

You'll lead the technology stream of a major business integration program involving cloud services, identity, collaboration platforms, data migration and enterprise applications. The program is already underway, so we're looking for someone who can step in quickly, establish momentum and successfully drive delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the technology workstream.

• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs and application decommissioning.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver within complex matrix organisations.
