• Led IT integration for mergers or acquisitions, delivering end-to-end plans.
• Developed and executed complex IT integration roadmaps and programs.
• Goverance, risk management and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating with senior client executives in a consulting context.
