You will oversee governance, incident response, and vendor relations while driving continuous improvement across support and infrastructure functions.

Based in Sydney with offices along the east coast, the role emphasises stability, performance and exceptional service for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Leadership of IT operations and governance
• Experience with incident management and change management
• Strong vendor management and budgeting experience
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations across on‑prem and cloud environments, ensuring reliable service delivery.
• Oversee Service Desk, incident response, and problem management to reduce downtime.
• Manage vendors, MSPs and telephony partners to optimise cost and performance.
• Develop and enforce policies, standards and procedures to improve service quality.
