Job summary

u&u Recruitment Partners in Melbourne is seeking a Manager - Legal Technology & Operations to join its legal team. The role focuses on modernising how legal services are delivered, sitting at the intersection of legal, technology, data and business transformation.

You will identify opportunities to improve legal processes, implement technology solutions and develop smarter, more efficient ways of working across a dispersed legal and compliance function.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology and process improvements in legal settings.
• Strong project management and implementation experience.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree or equivalent in information management, IT, PM, CS or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal technology and systems projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop and improve legal workflows, precedents, and knowledge management.
• Identify opportunities to automate legal processes and boost efficiency.
• Support implementation and optimisation of legal technology platforms.
• Manage legal information, data and technical solutions to standards.
• Support investigations and provide technical and information-management solutions to the Legal and Compliance teams.
• Develop systems that improve retention and accessibility of legal knowledge.
• Coordinate resources, manage stakeholders and deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
