Job summary

ENTAG Group is seeking a Level 2 ICT Support Engineer to deliver expert technical support across hardware, software, networking, and cloud environments within our Managed Services team. The role supports hybrid and WFH arrangements with a focus on customer outcomes.

You will mentor Level 1 engineers, help improve processes, and contribute to documentation while ensuring service levels and client satisfaction across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or Melbourne.
