The opportunity

We are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our national team and assist the IT Helpdesk in supporting our users nationally and meet the needs of our Perth office. This role will provide crucial assistance to our users, resolving technical issues and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, manage user accounts, and contribute to the development of user guides and training materials.

You’ll be busy with
  • providing first‑line IT support and day‑to‑day helpdesk assistance across the business;
  • troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues;
  • support Windows 11 OS and end‑user devices;
  • provide application support across Microsoft 365;
  • set up user accounts and manage access, including password resets, via Active Directory and Azure AD;
  • install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals;
  • assist with basic networking requirements, including Wi‑Fi, LAN, and VPN connectivity;
  • manage and prioritise tasks within a ticketing platform, ensuring timely issue resolution; and
  • deliver effective remote and in‑office IT support to staff members.
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
  • minimum 3 years of IT support experience;
  • a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field;
  • strong problem-solving and time-management skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff;
  • proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; and
  • experience working in professional services environment will be viewed favourably.
