Job summary

Elite Personnel are recruiting for a brand-new IT support assistant role with one of our established clients in Tamworth. You will provide day-to-day IT and office support in a practical, hands-on environment.

No formal IT qualifications required; a positive attitude, willingness to learn and basic PC/Office knowledge are enough. The role is fully office-based, 9-5, with a 6-month contract and potential for permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of PCs, laptops and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
• No years of IT experience or formal IT qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Manager with day-to-day IT support.
• Set up PCs, laptops, monitors and IT equipment for staff.
• Troubleshoot simple IT issues and assist with office duties.
• Move and connect office equipment and assist with starter workstation setups.
• Maintain IT equipment and support general administrative tasks.
