Northern Beaches Council’s Information & Digital Technology unit seeks a Team Leader - IT Network to guide a three-person team responsible for council-wide enterprise and cloud networks. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an IT network team in a large or complex organisation.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise networking and security technologies.
• Experience managing environments where network, server, cloud and security systems are closely connected.
• Solid ITIL-aligned service management experience, ITIL 4 certification.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small team of three responsible for Council's enterprise and cloud networks.
• Set priorities, coach and develop the team and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Monitor network performance and operational metrics and improve standards and processes.
• Manage vendors, service providers and contracts to ensure value for money.
• Act as the escalation point for complex network incidents and requests.
