Northern Beaches Council is seeking an IT Network Team Leader to guide a three-person team responsible for enterprise and cloud networks across the council. This role reports to the IDT Operations Manager and focuses on delivering reliable, secure, high‑performing network services.

You will set priorities, coach and develop the team, monitor performance, improve standards, and ensure ITIL-aligned service management.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading an IT network team in a large or complex organisation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and security tech (Cisco, SD-WAN, firewalls).
• ITIL 4 certification mandatory; CCNP and security certifications valued.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts and budgets.
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional IT experience.
