Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years in technical support roles.
• 1+ years in network configuration and administration.
• 2+ years in troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with network configuration and management tools.
• Knowledge of security protocols and firewall management.
• Experience with hardware/software inventory management.
• Ability to analyze system logs for performance issues.
• Hands-on experience with office peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests from team members; diagnose hardware and software issues; document resolutions.
• Monitor system performance; analyze logs; maintain hardware/software inventory.
