Eil Global in Australia is seeking an on-site dispatch IT engineer to support client sites across NSW. You will collect devices, install on racks, connect cables, and troubleshoot with the team.

This freelance/part-time role requires basic network knowledge, OS updates, patching, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling desktop and network issues.
• Ability to install and upgrade operating systems.
• Experience with patch installation and software/hardware break fix.
• Well-versed IT engineer with basic networking knowledge.
• Understanding of Wi‑Fi basics and LAN/WAN concepts.

Responsabilités

• Collect devices from site contact and dispatch them to site locations.
• Install the device on rack as per instructions and connect cables.
• Troubleshoot onsite with the team and document issues.
• Take photos of the network cabinet before and after activity.

Site Locations: Macquarie Park NSW 2113 and other locations in NSW
Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis

Current Dispatch Activities on 29th Oct 2026 Include:

• Collect the devices from the site contact.
• Install the device on rack as per instruction
• Cable connection between uplink and downlink.
• Work along with us incase of any troubleshoot
• Take the photos of the network cabinet pre and post activity.
